I just wanted to take this opportunity to thank you so much for the professional manner in which you handled my recent order of wood pellets. Having already made several phone calls to other businesses in search of these pellets, I was treated very rudely and told there was none to be had. After calling you, I was most impressed with your professional and courteous response… not to mention the quick service delivery the very next day!
The driver was great - he delivered and unloaded each bag by hand (totaling one ton.) I offered to help by he insisted that he would do it by himself. I've never had anyone do that.
