The 3100i is the first Quadra-Fire wood burning fireplace insert to feature Advanced Combustion Control (ACC) technology. ACC delivers precision air control allowing you to easily start a fire, set the desired heat level, and then walk away without any worries. Bringing the ease and convenience of Load, Light, Live to your home.
In addition to the best technology, the 3100i also features the famous Quad burn. This patented four-point combustion system burns the wood gasses and smoke, producing higher heat output levels and a cleaner more efficient burn. With Quadra-Fire, you can always count on exceptional performance, lasting durability and precision control.

Well built, great heat output. The acc control is a very simple way to set your heat output level. I definitely recommend this product.

I installed this unit myself in a masonry fire place with a raised hearth. Quadra fire has made it so easy to install their inserts, and have thought of everything. The removable can that surrounds the unit makes install a breeze.
I have had my home for 10yrs now, and burnt about 7-9 cords of wood per year, but with this unit 3.5 cords. It is so easy to use just set your heat level and enjoy it's heat. I am so impressed by the heat output I have a 2000 square foot home and the first night we had this insert it was 3 degrees out and it heated my home and kept it at 75 degrees all night. I most certainly recommend quadra fire stoves all my neighbors have quads and they have nothing, but good things to say about them.
